MACHINING THE GALLOWAY ENGINE FRAME

Milling the main bearing boss lower halves.

Squaring up the sides of the main bearing bosses.

A long center drill (12mm diameter) works well for drilling the initial holes through both bearing bosses.  Due to the short flute length, chips must be cleared from the hole frequently.
